How does shipping work at Fashiontiger?
When will I receive my package?
If you order your favorite items before 11:59 PM, your order will be packed and shipped on the same day.

We offer free shipping for orders over €100 within the Netherlands. For orders under €100, you pay €4.99 shipping costs. For Belgian customers, shipping is free from €125. Below this amount, you pay €7.99 shipping costs.
The shipping costs for other countries are automatically calculated in your shopping cart.
Party and special days
During special days, it may take a little longer for you to receive your package. You can always track your package with the track & trace code.
Pre-orders
Did you order a pre-order item? Then it will take longer for your order to be shipped. Your entire order will be shipped on the specified date.
Exchange and returns
Want to return something? Arrange your return easily online or bring it back for free to one of our stores.
1. Create label
Within 14 days of receiving your package, you can request a return for the products you want to send back or exchange.
2. Pack your items
Put the items you want to return in the original packaging or your own shipping box and attach the return label to it.
3. Shipping
Bring your return package to the nearest parcel point of the chosen carrier as soon as possible and hand it over.
4. Refund
As soon as your return has arrived with us, it will be processed as quickly as possible. We will send you new items or you will be refunded.

During holidays, other occasions, or exceptional situations, it may take a little longer for you to receive your package. Don't worry, you can always track your package with the track & trace code we send you. This way, you know exactly when to expect it!

We offer free shipping for orders over €100! If the order amount is less than €100, shipping costs will be charged. For shipments within the Netherlands, the shipping costs are €4.99.
Belgium
We offer free shipping for orders over €125! If the order amount is less than €125, shipping costs will be charged. For shipments to Belgium, the shipping costs are €7.99.
Worldwide
We ship your favorite items worldwide! Different rates apply for shipments abroad, which vary by country. For all European countries, the shipping costs are €9.99, except for:
- Belgium: €7.99
- Finland: €19.99
For shipments outside Europe, you can find the shipping rates in your shopping cart. Enter your address details and the shipping costs will be calculated automatically.

Returns
You may return your items until14 days after the date of receipt, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition. You can register one or more items for return via ourreturn portal. To register your return and create a shipping label, clickhere.
Exchange
Is the size you ordered not quite right and would you prefer a smaller or larger size? You can easily exchange your item for a different size through ourreturn portal.
You can up to14 days after the date of receiptto exchange an item, as long as the item and packaging are returned in their original condition. To register your exchange and create a shipping label, clickhere.
In the return portal, you can select a different size yourself (provided it is in stock or can still be ordered). You send the item back to us, and we will send you the desired size!
The return costs are for the customer, but we will cover the shipping costs!

Returns in store (free)
You may return your items up to 14 days after the receipt date for free at one of our stores. Please make sure the item is in its original condition.
Just walk into the store with your order, and we will process your return immediately. You won’t pay anything for this.
Exchanges in store
Is the size not quite right? Or do you want to exchange one of your ordered items for something else you saw in the store?
Feel free to stop by! You can exchange your item free of charge for:
- another size (if it’s in stock), or
- another item you like.
The same rules apply for exchanges: up to 14 days after the receipt date and only if the item is in its original condition.
Our tigers are happy to help you find the right size immediately or look together with you for an item that fits you perfectly.
Refund

The purchase amount of the returned items will be refunded to your account within 11 working days after receipt.
Klarna
Have you chosen Klarna? Then the invoice will be automatically adjusted with Klarna.
Store credit
You can choose a refund during the creation of the return label instore credit. This is a gift voucher worth the return amount +€5 extra shopping money, instead of a regular refund. You will receive the gift card via email once your return has been correctly processed. The gift card isunlimited validity!

Even though our Tigers in the warehouse do their utmost best, a mistake during packing can always happen. Did you accidentally receive the wrong or a defective item? Then please contact us!

Returns are accepted, provided they are in their original condition, free from (smoke) odors, and unworn.Fashiontiger reserves the right to refuse returns at any time.A return will be refused if it does not meet the conditions:
- Worn or damaged productscannot be returned.
- Products with labels removedcannot be returned.
- Bikiniscan only be returned if theyare appropriate with underwear underneathRegarding hygiene.
- Earringscannot be returneddue to hygienic reasons.
